Work hard play hard natural body building and fitness federation is aimed at bringing Australian Body Building into 2025.

We began our federation in 2022, with each show getting bigger and better.

We want to bring natural body building to the south east and Gippsland, starting our shows in lang lang.

In 2025, we are set to take it to Cardinia Cultural Centre in Pakenham, with next level lighting, stage effects and AV.

We are committed to bringing the most fun athlete and audience experience to natural body building.

Our next generation federation is for everyone, be it first timers, mum, dads, intermediate athletes, all the way through to pro’s- with some incredible trophies & prizes for those who excel on the day.

We’re about celebrating athletes years of determination, commitment and hard work on stage, with their friends and family!

In addition to athlete experience, we recognise the importance of making body building and attendance affordable for all.
